10 Nov Conducting ‘ZumaiaLab: Tourism Living Lab’ in Zumaia. 2nd Lab (10/11/2017, Basque Country/Spain)

After the kick-off session of the first Living Lab on 10th September, the second lab of the Tourism Living Lab in Zumaia called ZumaiaLab, took place on 10th November. These interventions are setting-up a new form of blending strategy and citizen-centric engagement by applying the Penta Helix multi-stakeholders framework. The outcome is the Tourism Plan for Zumaia Town Council. Dr Calzada is conducting this strategic process and setting-up the Tourism Living Lab.
