Lectureship at the MSc Master in Global Sustainable Cities by the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow (Scotland) [2015-2016]

Since January 2015, Dr Igor Calzada is Lecturer at the Master MSc in Global Sustainable Cities at the Institute for Future Cities at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland. This new Master will start on September 2015 with two modules that will be in charge of him: Global Cities: Society & Sustainability and Public Policy, Governance and Strategic Change in Cities.

This MSc programme was a direct outcome from the STEP UP EU-FP7-314679 Project: Energy Planning for Cities Smart City Master Plan for four EU Cities: Glasgow (Scotland-UK), Riga (Latvia), Gothenburg (Sweden) and Ghent (Belgium).

The outcome of the 2015-2016 edition was this publication in collaboration with the postgraduate students:

In the new academic year 2016-2017, he will continue to coordinate and deliver two module lectures in Glasgow working at the University of Strathclyde, Institute for Future Cities while opening knowledge exchanges new pathways between the academia and the policy domains.
